How to Log a Workout

Create a New Workout

Click "New Workout" from the Workouts page to start logging a new session.

You can name your workout and set the date for when you completed it.

Add Exercises

Search and add exercises from the exercise library or use custom exercises.

You can add multiple exercises and arrange them in any order.

Log Sets, Reps, and Weight

For each exercise, log your sets with reps and weight. Mark sets as completed as you go.

You can also add notes for each exercise and set.

Save and Complete

Once you're done, save your workout. Completed workouts are tracked in your history.

You can mark workouts as completed or save them as drafts to finish later.
