The Exercise Library provides access to hundreds of exercises covering all muscle groups and fitness categories. You can also create custom exercises for your specific needs.

Using the Exercise Library

Searching Exercises

Use the search bar to find exercises by name. You can search for specific exercises like "Bench Press" or browse by categories.

Filtering Exercises

Filter exercises by muscle group or equipment type to find exactly what you need for your workout.

Viewing Exercise Details

Click on any exercise to view details including target muscles, required equipment, and descriptions.

Creating Custom Exercises

Why Create Custom Exercises?

If you can't find a specific exercise in the library, you can create your own. Custom exercises are saved to your personal library and can be used in any workout.

To create a custom exercise:

  1. Go to the Exercise Library page
  2. Click "Create Custom Exercise"
  3. Enter the exercise name, muscle group, and equipment
  4. Add a description (optional)
  5. Save your custom exercise
